1. Work together with the art director in China to seek qualified class instructors and suitable classes.
2. Maintain the guild's online class information including monthly class information and how much the teacher charges and payment method
3. Post monthly class information in the guild's group.
4. Collect student registration information as received.
5. Manage monthly class group during the class.
6. Send completed class homework as permitted by student to newsletter editor.
7. Combine the student roster from China to form worldwide class roster.
8. Send class roster and payment method to instructor and treasurer for teacher to get paid.
