Vice Chair

The Vice-Chair shall have powers and perform such duties as are prescribed by the Board including sitting in stead for the Chair in his or her absence. She shall direct and execute all decisions of or programs adopted by the Board and shall act as chief executive officer of the WWPFG, and other duties as assigned, including the oversight and direction of an Executive Committee to support the day to day work of the organization. Create budgets for the WWPFG annually and direct the Executive Committee to work within the approved budget.
