Chair

Duties The Chair is the Director of the Board and shall chair online meetings of the Board as well as the semi-annual spring and fall online meetings of the general WWPFG membership and shall:
• Appoint chairpersons of all Board committees and serve as liaison between Board, its committees and volunteer staff;
• Maintain liaison with foundations and other potential funding sources;
• Facilitate and coordinate the Board’s discharge of responsibilities;
• Set up and conduct semi-annual online general meetings
• Call for reports from key staff and compile into one semi-annual report and share with members;
• File all reports in the Executive Committee files and document discussions as a result of the meetings.
• Such other responsibilities as determined by the Board or bylaws
