The Board is responsible for overall policy and direction of WWPFG and delegates responsibility for day to day operations to a Board member as designated by the Board, or the President/Executive Director and may use an Executive Committee to administer daily functions.

The Executive Committee carry out the day-to-day operations of the WWPFG at the direction and oversight of the Board. The Executive Committee will serve in an advisory capacity to the Board.
